NATIONAL PRINCIPAL SUPERVISOR ACADEMY (NPSA)
$16,500 per person

The Principal Academy is a fellowship program that enables system-level leaders to effectively lead change across multiple schools through the coaching and development of school-based leaders.

NATIONAL PRINCIPAL ACADEMY FELLOWSHIP (NPAF)
$16,500 per person

The Principal Academy is a fellowship program that cultivates school leaders to become exceptional instructional leaders and transform their schools.

INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (ILPD)
$9,000 per person

A summer learning experience for school-based leaders to strengthen their foundational, instructional leadership.

NPAF/NPSA ALUMNI REFRESH PROGRAM
$2,500 per person

An opportunity for Relay alumni to revisit their program’s core content, while updating their skills with new lenses and approaches - all alongside their school teams who are attending NPAF/NPSA.

$1,500 per person

Implementation Coaching

Partners can deepen their NPSA/NPAF leaders’ learning by adding in the support of a Relay leadership coach. Each coaching package will include:

8 hours of virtual coaching
An in-person site visit, including a walkthrough of classrooms, to collaboratively observe school culture and classroom instruction through the lens of the quarterly focus (max two schools)
A team debrief and strategic planning at the conclusion of the visit

Participants must be enrolled in NPSA, NPAF, or the Alumni Refresh program and will choose one phase of the work for this coaching, focused on a particular instructional priority, such as starting the new year off strong, deepening academic rigor, ensuring student success, and planning for next year.
